All virtual visits are subject to the schedule of the sanctuary and the apes. Not every ape's personality will allow for a live virtual visit. In some instances, a prerecorded session may be needed. Virtual Visits are usually scheduled Monday through Friday between 2:45 - 3:15 PM EST. However, with enough notice, a Saturday date and time can be accommodated.
All private tours are scheduled on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday at either 10:30 AM or 12:30 PM depending on our availability. Tours last approximately 2 hours.
**Virtual visits and private tours are valid for one year from the initial donation date.
